Welcome to the AYSO Region 64 coaches' equipment home page.
We are now "gearing-up" for the 2007 Spring season.

If you don't pick up your equipment at the team-balancing meetings, or, you need
replacement equipment, then you must
submit a request and pick it up at the equipment manager's house.

- If you coached in prior seasons and are not coaching this fall, then please return your equipment. Returns
Equipment Request Form
Click on your team number to request equipment for your team, or to modify a pending request.If your team isn't on the list, then choose some unused team number (no coach's name) in your division. We'll sort it out.
Check back in a day or two. When your equipment is ready, you will see that reflected in the request's status field. Usually you will receive an email, too.

Equipment Returns
If you are not coaching during the current season, and are not planning to coach during the following season, then please return any equipment you have so that it can be put to use now.
Simply drop off the equipment on the equipment manager's front porch. Directions
